Ultrasonic plastic welding

We operate 12 ultrasonic welding machines of the American-German brand Branson.

The machines allow us to automatically monitor adherence to the technological parameters as well as to eliminate any suspicious units.

We keep a track of the production parameters for each unit produced for our customers and for the purposes of the statistical analysis and continuous improvement.

We also check the weld quality with destructive tearing tests on a regular basis.
