Plastic coating

Our main product group involves airbag covers, i.e. a plastic safety component imposing very stringent requirements for functionality and visual flawlessness.

Our customers’ high standards we subscribe to require colour stability, homogeneity, coat thickness reproducibility and, last but not least, perfect adhesion.

In order to live up to our undertakings and our clients’ expectations, we use the fully automated Sunkiss coating line.

The line allows working with both water-soluble paints and paints based on synthetic solvents. We are familiar with and have long-standing experience in both of those technologies, yet we clearly prefer water-soluble paints, which are a lot more environment-friendly.
