Development and production of injection moulds

As a member of the SAFE group’s plastics division, we have unrestricted access to the injection mould know-how of more than 30 years. SAFE Demo was originally a tool company, a producer of injection moulds.

Following a thorough study of the design and functionality of the parts developed, we are ready to offer to our customers economically optimised moulds without compromising the resultant part and tool quality.

Depending on the part complexity, we commission the development of the moulds for our clients to our French affiliation, Sotecplast, as well as to our long-term stable and renowned partners in the Czech Republic, Germany, Portugal and China.

Regardless of whether the tool is produced internally or in collaboration with our long-term partners, we remain fully accountable for the quality of our moulds.
